SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Our Sewing Loft! Here's everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Processing Times

Standard items: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Custom and embroidered items: Please allow 5-10 business days for production before shipping, as each piece is made to order. More complex custom orders may require additional time — we'll keep you updated on your order status.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, UPS, and other major carriers. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that some items may ship directly from our suppliers and could arrive in separate packages.

Local Pickup & Delivery

We offer free local pickup at our Winter Haven location: 710 Avenue A SW, Winter Haven, FL 33880. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

Curbside pickup is also available during business hours.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-demand periods. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's possession, but we're happy to help you track down your order if there's an issue.
